In accordance with state and federal laws Best Florida Limos will not tolerate the consumption of alcoholic beverage by a person not of legal of drinking age and will retain a zero tolerance compliance policy. Best Florida Limos is not responsible for any pornographic material in the vehicle were the driver is not in control. At the chauffeur's discretion, the customer agrees to be fully responsible for the following changes that may occur:
 

Fees	Description
$5.00	Any broken glasses
$150.00	Any excessive clean up
$25.00	Broken champagne glasses
$100.00	Shampooing & disinfecting (due to sickness)
$150	For each burn hole or tear to upholstery
$75.00	For each and any act of vandalism.
	In specialty vehicles above charges are double.

As far as personal belongings, we recommend all valuables be removed from the vehicle when left unattended. We will not be responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged articles. We are not responsible for any injuries caused by alcohol consumption or failure to wear a seat belt. We are not responsible for any flight cancellation or delays. The undersigned agrees that Best Florida Limos is entitled and given the authority to charge clients credit card by filling out the form above. Smoking is prohibited in all vehicles, no exception. When making a reservation a minimum of 50% deposit is required in order to reserve a vehicle. Should the reservation be cancelled within 48 hours of the job date, the customer is responsible for the payment of 100% of the total contract amount. In the event that the customer notifies Best Florida Limos prior to the 48 hour time limit then the customer is only required to forfeit 50% of the total contract amount.
